Information we collect

We store student identity, contact details, selected subjects and teachers, attendance, payments, submissions, results, progress, messages and account activity required to provide the LMS.

How information is used

Information is used for teaching, class access, communication, payment administration, support, security and educational reporting. Teachers receive access only to students enrolled in their subjects. Super Administrators have system-wide access.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell student information. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, email, WhatsApp notifications or storage. Records are retained only as required for education, legal and operational purposes.

Your choices

Students can update contact details and request a data export, correction or account deletion from the Student Portal. Some educational or payment records may need to be retained where legally required.
